5:00 P.M. Officers responded to a report of a domestic situation at the Hertiage Apartments. William Brown of Coshocton was arrested and charged with domestic violence.
7:56 P.M. Children’s Services reported a child had been involved in a domestic situation in the 600 block of Elm Street. Jeremy Chaffins of Coshocton was arrested and charged with domestic violence and child endangerment.
