Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for January 15, 2014

On January 14 the Sheriff’s Office investigated two accidents and eight complaints.

Accidents

– Jennifer Williams of Warsaw reported while she was stopped at the traffic light at the intersection of Second St and Chestnut St, an older blue car in front of her backed into her vehicle then took off.

– Steve Mizer of Warsaw reported a deer struck his vehicle on US-36.

Complaints

– Timothy Stewart of San Mateo, California was charged with OVI, OVI Low Test and Driving Under suspension.

– Clark Township Trustee, Stan Coakley, reported an illegal dump site near the intersection of Clark TR-34 and TR-314.

– The Litter Prevention Deputy found a second illegal dump site off Clark TR-314.

– A student on student assault was reported at Coshocton High School.

– Larry Newell of Oxford Twp reported a burglary.

– A Coshocton High School student was charged with Inducing Panic for setting off a firecracker in a crowded stairwell.

– A Coshocton man reported the theft of a television.

– An employee of the Coshocton Circle-K reported an attempted robbery. Per Detectives, a subject has been taken into custody. No name is being released at this time.
