Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for January 18, 2014

On January 17 the Sheriff’s Office investigated six accidents and three complaints.

Accidents

– PENNY NICKERSON OF DRESDEN WAS NORTHOUND ON SR 83 WHEN SHE STRUCK A DEER.

– KRISTINA ALAN OF COSHOCTON WAS WEST BOUND ON CO RD 16 WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF HER VEHICLE GOING OFF THE ROADWAY STRIKING AN EMBANKMENT.

– DEREK RIDENOUR OF STONE CREEK WAS SOUTH BOUND ON CO RD 97 WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE SLIDING ON THE ROADWAY , THE VEHICLE THEN ROLLED OVER ONTO ITS TOP, STRIKING A SIGN AND BRIDGE ABUTMENT, AND COMING TO REST ON ITS SIDE.

– JENNIFER SELDERS OF COSHOCTON WAS EAST BOUND ON CO RD 55 WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF HER VEHICLE GOING OFF THE ROADWAY AND ROLLING OVER ONTO ITS TOP.

– TRAVIS SCHUMAKER OF COSHOCTON WAS STOPPED IN TRAFFIC WHEN HE WAS STRUCK IN THE REAR BY A VEHICLE OPERATED BY SABRINA FLYNN OF COSHOCTON.

– RAYMOND NEWELL OF COSHOCTON WHILE TRAVELING THROUGH ALDI’S PARKING LOT WHEN HE STRUCK A PARKED VEHICLE OWNED BY ANNETTE CRAYCRAFT OF WARSAW.

Complaints

– THE LITTER OFFICER REPORTED AND ILLEGAL DUMP SITE ON THE HALL ROAD BETWEEN CR 123 AND CR 7, IN LINTON TWP.

– THE LITTER OFFICER REPORTED AND ILLEGAL DUMP SITE ON CR 286.

– THE LITTER OFFICER REPORTED FINDING ANOTHER ILLEGAL DUMP SITE ON 286.
