Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for November 21

On November 20 the Sheriff’s Office investigated two accidents and six complaints.

Accidents

– TRACY LYNETTE WRIGHT OF COSHOCTON WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND IN AN UNNAMED ALLEY TOWARDS S 2ND ST AND BETWEEN PINE AND VINE ST WHEN SHE STRUCK ANDREA MAXINE NELSON OF COSHOCTON WHO WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON S 2ND ST AND WAS APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION OF S 2ND AND AN UNNAMED ALLEY.

– MAKAYLA ZIMMERMAN OF WEST LAFAYETTE OHIO WAS WESTBOUND ON SR541 JUST EAST OF CR17 WHEN SHE SWERVED TO AVOID A DEER AND STRUCK THE GUARDRAIL.

Complaints

– OFFICERS INITIATED A TRAFFIC STOP ON CR 1A FOR TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. ROY HAWKINS OF BASTORP, LOUISIANNA WAS CITED FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE, OVI, OVI REFUSAL AND DRIVING UNDER SUSPENSION.

– THOMAS RATCLIFF OF COSHOCTON REPORTED DAMAGE TO HIS PROPERTY FROM HIS NEIGHBORS FARM ANIMALS.

– JUDY MASTERS OF COSHOCTON REPORTED THE THEFT OF HER 1998 CHEVY CAVALIER.

– WHILE ON ROUTINE PATROL THE LITTER OFFICER LOCATED AN ILLEGAL DUMP AT THE BLUE HOLE NEXT TO THE THREE RIVERS BRIDGE.

– JONI HUNT OF COSHOCTON REPORTED DAMAGE TO HER VEHICLE.

– OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A FIGHT IN THE 200 BLOCK OF NORTH 6TH STREET. RICHARD HENRY OF COSHOCTON WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION AND ASSAULT.
