Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for November 22, 2019

On November 21, the Sheriff’s Office investigated 3 (s) and 1 complaint(s).

Accidents:

7:11 A.M.  Jennifer Niner of Warsaw was southbound on State Route 79 when she struck a deer.

 

7:16 A.M.  David Dovenbarger Jr. of Coshocton was traveling north on Seventh Street when he advised that someone struck the back of his truck and he went off the right side of the road striking a utility pole.

 

2:50 P.M.  Donald Hopkins Jr. of Coshocton was traveling east to west on Walnut Street when he struck Andree Thomas of Coshocton in the side.  Both drivers stated they were not at fault and both had the green light.  A witness advised that Andree Thomas had the green light and was not at fault.

 

Complaints:

5:18 P.M.  In the 22,000 block of Bedford Township Road 53, Aspire Energy reports landowners are violating the pipeline right of way.
