Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for November 4
On November 3 the Sheriff’s Office investigated one accident and three complaints.
Accidents
– RANDY RUSSELL OF VIENNA, WV AND CHRISTINE BARNES OF CANTON, OH WERE STATIONARY IN THE EAST BOUND LEFT TURN LANE OF US 36 WHEN JEFFERY NICHOLS OF JEWETT, OH FAILED TO YIELD WHEN APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION AND STRUCK THE REAR OF THE RUSSELL VEHICLE WHICH THEN STRUCK THE REAR OF THE BARNES VEHICLE. JEFFREY NICHOLS WAS ARRESTED AND CITED FOR OVI, OVI HIGH BREATH TEST, AND ASSURED CLEAR DISTANCE.
– CLUB 241 REPORTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH A FEMALE IN THE BUSINESS. BONISHA STROHL OF COSHOCTON WAS REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY AND CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL TRESPASSING.
– JIM SOEHNLEN OF COSHOCTON REPORTED HIS VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED.
– OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A NEIGHBOR DISPUTE IN THE 500 BLOCK OF STH 6TH STREET.
