Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for Oct. 22, 2016

On Oct. 21, the Sheriff’s Office investigated three accident(s) and one complaint(s).

 

Accidents

6:49 AM: Linda McCurdy of Coshocton was traveling westbound on SR 16 when she struck a tree that had fallen into the roadway.

7:12 AM: Austin Klien of Coshocton was westbound on US 36 when he went off the right side of the roadway, hitting an AT&T phone box. The vehicle went across a driveway striking a mailbox and hitting an AEP power pole, coming to rest on the driver’s side.

1:20 PM: Shelly Brillhart of Coshocton was turning onto Second Street when she failed to see a vehicle operated by Kendra McVay of Coshocton causing the vehicles to collide.

 

 

Complaints

4:19 PM: The Coshocton Walmart reported a shoplifter. Upon investigation, Christine Roberts of Newcomerstown was charged with theft.
