On Oct. 27, the Sheriff’s Office investigated three accident(s) and two complaint(s).
Accidents
2:32 PM: Joseph Wayne Henline of Loveland, OH was backing from a driveway in the 46,000 block of CR 495 when he failed to see Thomas Dale Roth of Coshocton who was stopped at the intersection of US 36 and CR 495. Mr. Henline backed into the left side of the Roth vehicle.
4:03 PM: Officers responded to the 300 block of North Whitewoman on a report of a non-injury accident.
4:41 PM: Officers responded to the 100 block of North Whitewoman on a report of an accident with injuries
Complaints
2:49 PM: Alanna Bricker of Warsaw reported someone shooting at her residence
9:30 PM: Joe Pahoundis of Walhonding reported being assaulted. John Marshall of Howard, OH was arrested and charged with assault and aggravated menacing
