Sheriff’s office to no longer conduct sales in person

| October 4, 2021

As of Oct. 1, the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office will no longer be conducting sales of real estate for foreclosures in person.

Pursuant to House Bill 390, RealAuction has been contracted with the Ohio Department of Administrative Services for these sales to be on-line with the “Official Sheriff Sales Website.” The process and procedures for the new on-line sales are outlined on the RealAuction’s website at http://coshocton.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov. All prospective bidders should familiarize themselves with this new process.

Should you have any questions regarding how to register, feel free to contact RealAuction’s customer service at [email protected]. Any other questions, contact Deputy Josh Walsh at [email protected] or 740-622-3782.
