Trandal Strange

WARSAW- Trandal Strange, 59, of CR 29, died Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016 at his residence.

He was born June 14, 1957 in Letcher Co., KY to the late Mearl and Baby Ruth (Meade) Strange. He married Carolyn S. (Barnett) Strange on Oct. 18, 1975, who preceded him in death on Dec. 16, 2009.  He was a volunteer with the American Red Cross and God’s Eternal Love Fellowship Food Pantry.  He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and Ginseng hunter.  He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by three children, Randal (Anna) Strange of Alliance, Selina (Kevin) Dent of Bastian, VA, and Stephen Strange of Warsaw; nine grandchildren,  Shai, Randal, Abby, Christopher & Cruz Strange, Callie & Christian Dent, Natalie Strange, and Brianna Hamilton; six brothers, Dairl (Iva) Strange of Millstone, KY, Stanley (Rose Mary) Strange, & Berlin Strange, all of Warsaw, Donnie Strange, Zachary (Linda) Strange, and John (Debbie) Strange, all of Coshocton; two sisters, Condal Potter of Neon, KY, and Cathy Ann (Victor) Green of Newcomerstown; and several nieces & nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Hamilton; a brother, Fearl Strange; and a sister, Darlene Strange.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw.  Visitation is one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
