Winscott002Coshocton – Wilma M. Winscott, 86, formerly of E. Main St. Warsaw, died Saturday June 22, 2013 at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital.

She was born June 13, 1927 in Coshocton to the late Lloyd A. and Sadie L. (Bailey) Asire. She was a member of the Coshocton Baptist Church and also attended the Warsaw United Methodist.

Wilma’s family would like to extend their love and gratitude to Coshocton County EMS, the staff at CCMH, especially the ICU ladies, and to Autumn Extended Care for their love, care, and support to Wilma and her daughters. Thank you so much, and may God bless all of you.

She is survived by her children; Nancy (Eddie) Brillhart of Warsaw, Carol (Steve) Cunningham of Warsaw, Kathy (Jim Bryan) Mizer of Mount Vernon, Karen (Kevin) Bell of Killen, Alabama, John (Debi) Winscott of Calimesa, California, and Kathy (Bruce) Hebert of Riverside, California, many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her dog “Boxie”.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands; A. Dean Jacobs on February 4, 1962, and LeRoy Winscott on December 21, 1981, sisters; Betty (Howard) Lewis, Mary (Lester) Jones, and Dorothy (Rodney) Shaw, and brothers; Labon Asire, and Loyd (Helen) Asire, Jr.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Evangelist Lloyd Tenney officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon until service time. Information is available fischerfuneralhome.com
