Clary Gardens hosts pumpkin walk
COSHOCTON – Clary Gardens, 588 W. Chestnut St., hosted its second annual Pumpkin Walk from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Oct. 26-27.
Individuals, families, organizations, businesses and schools were invited to bring their pre-carved pumpkins for display in a friendly community competition. Entries were voted on by the general public and everyone was invited to come out and cast a vote for their favorite pumpkin while enjoying a stroll in the moonlight on the rose garden path, which is stroller friendly. New to the event this year was pumpkin bowling. Light refreshments also were available.
This year’s event was free but donations to Clary gardens were appreciated. All proceeds went toward the development of the new children’s garden.
