Eleanor G. Ford

Eleanor Gail (Muller) Ford, 81, passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 at Lafayette Pointe Care Center, surrounded by family.

She was born Aug. 17, 1939 in Shreve to the late Leroy L. and Medelon A. (Longstreth) Muller. She was a 1957 graduate of Coshocton High School.

Eleanor married Ivan E. Ford on Dec. 29, 1956, who preceded her in death on Nov. 11, 2012. She attended Gospel Hill Ministries for many years, and enjoyed her time volunteering there in the church office and with the Lightkeepers. She enjoyed playing Bingo, arts & crafts, and fellowship with friends, but mostly she enjoyed any time spent with her grandchildren.

She is survived by a son, Robert L. (Debbie) Ford of Fresno; two daughters, Debbie L. (Wayne) Lamp, and Wanda S. (Rob) Latham, both of Coshocton; five granddaughters, Amber (Kirk) Barros of Canton, Tiffany (Gene) Swigert of Coshocton, Kim Markley of Coshocton, Tana (Jesse) Fischer of Warsaw, and Kori (Chris) Kirkhope of Mt. Vernon; fourteen great-grandchildren, Ashleigh, Madison, Spencer, Eleanor, Briar, Camden, Skylar, Hunter, Brayden, Owen, Logan, Jake, Alex, & Jaxon; one expected great-great-granddaughter, Ivanna; a brother, Hal Muller of Wooster; two sisters, Elsie Miles and Karen (Roger) Rowe, both of Wooster; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Esther Louise.

A private funeral service for family will take place at Gospel Hill Ministry, however the public is invited to watch a live stream of the service which will be available at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 22, 2021. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling services and the funeral live stream will be viewable on Eleanor’s obituary page at www.fischerfuneralhome.com, or on the Fischer Funeral Home-Warsaw page on Facebook.  Pastor Ron Davis will officiate, and burial will take place at South Lawn Cemetery in Coshocton.
