Jack M. Babcock
Jack M. Babcock, 87, of Coshocton passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Lafayette Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born in Coshocton, OH on December 6, 1937 to the late William and Mary (Wilford) Babcock.
Jack graduated from Three Rivers High School, served in the United States Navy, and worked as a Supervisor at Pretty Products before retiring. Jack enjoyed watching sports, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes and working with CB Radio’s. In his younger years he and his wife traveled to nearby counties showing horses with their daughters.
Jack is survived by his wife, Sheran (Brown) Babcock, who he married March 2, 1974; daughters Amy (Daniel) McQuiston II of Ridgway, PA and Joy (Justin) Wheeler of Climax, NC; grandchildren Troy (Kimberly) Jones Jr. of Coshocton and their children Sawyer and Baker, Evan (Haleigh) Jones of Colorado and their children Frankie, Blake and Tatum, and Madelyn (Ben) Newell of Colorado and their children Hyker, Fayelyn, and Benny.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his siblings Maxine, Bob, Jess, George, Jim, Glen, and Fred.
Per Jack’s wishes private services will be held for the family.
