Lynda Hartsock
Lynda Hartsock, 78, of Coshocton passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. She was born in Kingwood, WV on September 19, 1946 to the late Howard Taylor and Doris (Wilhelm) Smith.
Lynda was a homemaker, raising their three daughters and had previously worked for Town and Sander and Buehler’s in the produce department. She enjoyed bowling, baking, working puzzles, and entering flowers arrangements and baked goods in the Coshocton County Fair. She also enjoyed watching football, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes and West Virginia University.
Lynda is survived by her husband, Jearold “Jerry” Hartsock, who she married January 22, 1965; children Tammria Ralston, Kimberly (Lance) Murray and Angela (Ryan) Bullock all of Coshocton; grandchildren Brandon Dawson, Craig (Brittany) Murray, Derik (Carrie) Doty, Brooke (Ian) Chrisman, Colton (Zoe) Ralston, Tasha (Scott) Broadwater, and Mikyla (Cody) Philabaum; great grandchildren Raya Doty, Calvin and Cyrus Chrisman, Autumn Ralston, Naylee Broadwater, Aubriella and Gabriel Philabaum, and two more on the way; siblings Richard (Debbie) Taylor and Caroline Breneman.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her grandson Ryan Dawson and son-in-law Marty Ralston.
Graveside services will be held at Coshocton County Memory Gardens on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 2:00pm with Pastor Lloyd Tenney officiating.
