Mary Emaline Taylor
Mary Emaline Taylor, age 76, of Coshocton, Ohio passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025. She was born April 2, 1949, to the late Herman and Faye (Decesna) Faller in Newark, Ohio.
Mary was a wonderful homemaker and mother of eight. She enjoyed feeding birds, birdwatching, collecting angels and owls, and traveling to Amish country. She was known for having a major sweet tooth, and always knowing how to make someone laugh. Most importantly, Mary loved her family. She especially cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Mary is survived by her children, Dane Taylor of Cincinnati, Ohio, Summer (Daniel Pahoundis) Chanay of Coshocton, Ohio, Rich Darr of Indianapolis, Indiana, Sandi Darr, Reggie Taylor, Shelbi Taylor, Brandon (Paige) Taylor, and Stevie Lowe; her grandchildren, Dominic Lawson, Frankie Chanay, Catlin Murray, Richard Darr III, Ryan Darr, Roman Darr, Madison Darr, and several other grandchildren; her great-grandchildren, Corben Murray, Keelyn Murray, Safiya Darr, Melik Darr, and several other great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Carole Groves and Nancy Lawrence, both of Coshocton, Ohio, in addition to several nieces and nephews, and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Patty Faller.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home.
