Prices change at health district
Effective Aug. 1, the fee for both birth and death certificates from the Coshocton Public Health District will increase from $25 to $30 per certificate. For all orders requesting to be sent by mail, there will be an additional charge of $2.50. Please note, any orders purchased with a credit card, will include an additional 3% fee. This adjustment reflects the rising operational costs associated with processing and handling vital records, and ensures the Coshocton Public Health District an continue to provide timely and accurate service to its customers. Also, for funeral homes, effective Tuesday, Sept. 30, the price of burial permits will increase to $10 per permit, mandated by the Ohio Department of Health.
