On Nov. 12, the Sheriff’s Office investigated two accident(s) and seven complaint(s).

Accidents

9:32 AM: James Coffman of Coshocton was traveling westbound on US 36 when he went off the roadway, ramped a driveway, and struck a parked vehicle owned by Betty Barrick of Coshocton

 

11:59 AM: Autumn Farley of West Lafayette ran a red light at the intersection of Orange and South 7th Street and struck a vehicle operated by Melissa Fortune of Coshocton.

 

 

Complaints

 

7:27 AM: A female caller advised there has been a white car parked across from the Burt Avenue Church and that they are there every morning when the kids get on the bus for school. Upon investigation, Jason Wheeler of Coshocton was arrested for violation of a protection order.

9:00 AM: The litter officer reported an illegal dump site on TR 174

9:00 AM: The litter officer reported an illegal dump site on TR 244

10:27 AM: The Sheriff’s Office received a call from Peter Tish of Vine Street Coshocton advising his neighbor’s window was shot out. Upon investigation, it looked like a pellet gun was used.

12:58 PM: Amanda Deffenbaugh of Coshocton reported a hit skip to a vehicle

2:29 PM: Allison William of Coshocton was cited for driving under a non-compliance suspension.

4:18 PM: Shannon Tanner of Coshocton reported a vehicle was sold to her by a person who did not own the vehicle.
