Timothy L. Mulford, of Township Road 170 Fresno, was stopped in traffic in the 200 block of Plainfield Road when his vehicle was struck in the rear by a vehicle operated by Kelby Shamel, of Plainfield Road West Lafayette. No injuries were reported.
