| January 27, 2015

NEWARK —The Theatre Department of The Ohio State University has announced audition dates for the upcoming production of David Lindsay-Abaire’s “Rabbit Hole”.

Auditions will be Monday, Feb. 2 and Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 7 p.m. in the Black Box Theater in LeFevre Hall on the shared campus of Ohio State Newark and COTC. Performance dates will be during the second and third weeks of April.

Audition requirements include a prepared monologue if possible and cold script reads. Persons interested in tech opportunities are encouraged to come during audition times as well. Parts are available for three women and two men.

“Rabbit Hole” is a heartbreaking story about a happily-married couple whose perfect world is forever changed when their young son is killed by a car. Deeply humane, occasionally funny and always heartrending, “Rabbit Hole” explores the ways we deal with grief, both individually and as families.
