COSHOCTON – The Coshocton County Board of Realtors recognized several of their own at the annual Christmas dinner and awards ceremony held at the M Event Centre on Tuesday evening, Dec. 13.

Despite the inclement weather a robust group of area Realtors, lenders, affiliates, guests and friends attended the dinner, which was catered by Schumaker Farms. The festive atmosphere lent itself well to the highlight of the evening, which is Terry Longsworth announcing the Realtor of the Year, Affiliate of the Year and the Honorary Member of the Year. Stephanie Conrad presided over the evening’s festivities.

Representatives from the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) attended the meeting, President Pete Kopf and President-elect Tiffany Meyers. Both gave updates on current and proposed legislative action by the Ohio Legislature which includes House Bill 532, a measure designed to update Ohio’s licensing structure and modernize the delivery of pre-licensing education, which unanimously passed the Ohio Senate (30-0) late Thursday night and is now headed to the Governor for his signature.
