Pickrell, CharlesCharles M. “Chuck” Pickrell, Jr., 78, of Canal Lewisville joined his beloved wife Esther on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at his home.

Born November 3, 1934 in Coshocton County, Chuck was the son of the late Charles Martin and Pearl F. (Jennings) Pickrell, Sr.

Chuck was a 40-year employee at the former Shaw Barton-JII Company retiring in 1996.  He also owned and operated Chuck’s Bike Shop in Canal Lewisville for over 20 years.

A dedicated family man, Chuck spent many hours watching the people going in and out of Wal-Mart.

Charles was a member of the Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church and the Coshocton Loyal of Order Moose Lodge.

On December 24, 1954, Chuck married Esther Nadine Randles who preceded him in death on April 21, 1997.

Loving family members are a son James L. (Angela) Pickrell of Canal Lewisville, a daughter Patricia Ann Riddell of Kingsland, GA; a grandson Brandon (Audrey Bayes) Daugherty of Lima; three great-grandchildren; a brother Thomas Pickrell of Leesburg, Fla; nieces, nephews and  many friends.

In addition to his wife and parents, Chuck was preceded in death by an infant daughter Dianna Lynn Pickrell.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, February 4, 2013 at the Free Funeral Home, Coshocton with Pastor Charles Warren officiating.  Interment will follow at Canal Lewisville Cemetery.  Calling hours will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., Monday, February 4, 2013 prior to the funeral service.
