Gary A. Cossu

Gary Anthony “Tony” Cossu, 64, passed away Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021 at his residence.

He was born March 28, 1956 in Cleveland to John and Lola (Rowe) Cossu. He was primarily a mechanic but really a “Jack of all trades”. He liked working on cars, loved motor racing and race cars, loved his grandkids and riding his motorcycle, and playing the drums. He had a big heart and would help anyone in need.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Sue (Strawser) Cossu of Warsaw, whom he married Oct. 30, 1985; his father, John (Charlene) Cossu of Cleveland; his children, Melissa Williamson of Warsaw, and Dale (Erica) Williamson of Warsaw; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Danny (Yolanda) Cossu of Olmstead Falls; four sisters, Anita Myroniak of North Olmstead, Sharon Montis of Port Clinton, Lisa Cossu of Lakeside, and Patty Maher of Cleveland; and several nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother; and four brothers, Ricky Cossu, Jimmy Vargo, Jon Cossu, and Pat Cossu.
