obit picJames Edward “Jonesy” Jones, 75, of Fresno passed away Wednesday April 23, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville. He was born on in Coshocton October 23, 1938 to the late William and Garnet (Mullett) Jones. Jonesy was a member of Kill’em Buck Long Rifles, Brothers of Ivory Mountain, and Black Hand Clan, all Pre 1840’s Rendezvous. He is survived by his wife of 33 years Roseanna (Bland) Jones; daughters Nikki (Mark Stewart) Vatter of Fresno, Sandra (Skeeter) Reynolds of Frazeysburg, Cindy (Mike) Wilson of New Philadelphia; Brother Robert (Deloris) Jones of West Lafayette, Charles (Donna) Jones of Coshocton; sisters Jeanine Bradford of Coshocton and Nancy (Jim) Chaney of Conesville; 8 Grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his son Scot Jones; daughter Amy Sue Abel; brothers William “Bill” Jones and Wilbur Jones; sister Shirley Homles. Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main Street, Coshocton on Saturday April 26, 2014 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with funeral services beginning at 1:00 Pm with Pastor Mike Rogers officiating.
