Kerry Stone PictureKerry David Stone, 66, of Conesville passed away at his home on May 1, 2016.  Kerry was born in Coshocton on March 4, 1950 to the late Russell and Edna (Bell) Stone.  He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam, retired after thirty years of service working for Coshocton County as head mechanic, served as Township Trustee for Virginia Township for twelve years and was a member of Coshocton Eagles Lodge.  Kerry was known for his keen ability to fix almost anything, he loved working with his hands and helping anyone he could with a project.  He is survived by his wife Kathy J. (Walters) Stone whom he married August 4, 1973; one daughter Amy (Brent) Yekisa of Blacklick; two grandchildren Aubrey and Evan Yekisa; a brother Jim (Myrna) Stone of Coshocton; three sisters Patricia (Theodore) Infield, Virginia (Ronald) Carroll and Linda Crider all of Coshocton; numerous nieces and nephews.  Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother and sister in law William and Pat Stone; sister Nancy Stone; nephew Ronnie Carroll; niece Jackie Unger and brother in law John Crider.  Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Wednesday May 4, 2016 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.  Funeral services for Kerry will be held on Thursday at 12:00 PM noon with Mark Granger officiating.  Interment will follow in Branch Cemetery where Coshocton County Veterans Honor Guard will perform military honors.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.  An online memorial is located at www.themillerfuneralhome.com .
