River View bows to Garaway

NEW PHILADELPHIA – Wednesday night, the River View Black Bears bowling team traveled to Wabash Lanes to take on the Garaway Pirates. The Pirates defeated the Black Bears with a final score of 2215. River View’s score was 1903.

Leading the team was Eli Giles with a 308 series. Following closely behind him was Justin Cooper with a 300 series.

Rounding out the team was Lane Moody (266), Isaac Giles (256) and Logan Moses (239).

They also combine for a new two game series record of 1369.

The Black Bears return home this week for practice and then host TCC on Tuesday, Jan. 15 at 4 p.m. at Legacy Lanes.
