Search warrant executed on TR 411

COSHOCTON – Three adult men remain in custody at the Coshocton County Justice Center in reference to an overnight search warrant.

On August 14th, 2018, deputies located a stolen truck in the 20000 block of Tr 411 in Perry Twp.  This discovery prompted a search warrant of the property that concluded in the afternoon of August 15th.  Many stolen items from recent local thefts and B&Es have been recovered.  These stolen items include 4 wheelers, trailers, a Pepsi vending machine and a truck.

On August 16th, 2018, Chase A. Heath, 30 years old and from the Newark area, Glenn M. Hunley, 34 years old and from the Newark area, and Richard A. Hunley, 38 years old and from the Buckeye Lake area, were each charged with Receiving Stolen Property, a Felony of the 4th Degree.  Additional charges are anticipated after the case is reviewed by the Coshocton County Prosecutor, Jason Given.

Assisting the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office were the Coshocton County Prosecutor’s Office, Prince’s Wrecker and Coshocton County Maintenance Department.

This incident remains under investigation by your Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office.
