Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for Jan. 04, 2019

On Jan. 03, 2019 the Sheriff’s Office investigated 1 accident (s) and 6 complaint (s):

 

Accidents:

4:43 P.M. Jonathon Sorrell of Warsaw was traveling northbound on State Route 60 near County Road 82 when he lost control, went off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and several tombstones.

 

Complaints:

8:57 A.M.  Beverly Blair of Coshocton reported the theft of money.

 

11:14 A.M.   Danielle Wright of West Lafayette reported striking a trash can on Pleasant Valley Drive.

 

2:45 P.M.  Dustin Williams of Sheley OH reported theft of appliances from an address on Ivy Street.

 

3:13 P.M.  An illegal dumpsite was reported in the 29,000 block of SR 60.

 

6:31 P.M.  Officers responded to the 2400 block of Glenview Way on a report of a female being pepper sprayed and threatened with a firearm.  Upon deputies arrival a black Jeep attempting to leave the scene was stopped. Upon further investigation, 3 loaded firearms were located in the vehicle. Jacob Hoffman of West Lafayette was arrested for aggravated menacing and improper transport of a firearm in a motor vehicle.  Alissa Gooden of Coshocton was arrested for aggravated menacing and having weapons while intoxicated.

 

10:08 P.M.  The Coshocton Regional Medical Center reported a female in the lobby refusing to leave. Melissa Simpson of Coshocton was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
